We love spending time with every dog that comes to visit, with time & patience even the most fidgety of dogs begin to relax & enjoy the grooming experience. We offer a variety of packages which are also all customisable to fit around you & your dog, so please ask if you have anything you would like to change or add.
THE BIG PICTURE

Pet Grooming at it’s best! ‘The Big Picture’ plan will be tailored to your dog, which will be discussed with you during your free consultation, for that reason it is essential that you allow at least 10-15 minutes with us upon arrival to discuss your requirements & the needs of your dog. Includes:

Claws clipped
Ears cleaned & plucked if necessary
Pad hair trimmed & around feet tidied

PUPPY LOVE

Introducing your puppy to grooming as early as possible is the key to success! Your puppy will benefit from becoming familiar with the groomer & grooming process from a young age & teach them that grooming is a pleasurable experience.
Our fabulous Puppy Package can start after your puppy’s vaccinations are complete & is available for pups up to eight months old. The package consists of three main sessions designed to get pup ready for the full grooming experience:
Session 1 - Puppy play and introduction to noises and other elements of a typical groom session.
Session 2 - Nail clipping, ear pluck and clean, pads and hygiene area trimmed.
Session 3 - Session 2 plus bath, blow dry and brushed.
The duration of each session is one hour.
STAGE FRIGHT
Starting from £30
If your dog is nervous of being groomed, or has never been groomed or simply you want to reintroduce your pooch to all the elements of a groom session. It is so important to ensure that your dog feels comfortable and this is the perfect opportunity to make them feel secure moving forward.
Session 1 - Familiarise with the salon and the groomer. (including play session)
Session 2 - Introduction to all the different elements of the groom. (test with all the different sounds and actions, from dryer to clippers)
Session 3 - Nails clipped, pads trimmed, hygiene area trimmed, ears cleaned.
The duration of each session is one hour.
THE DE-SHEDDING TREATMENT
Starting from £60
Specially designed for dogs that are prone to heavy shedding. This 2 hour treatment includes a Hydro-Massage Bath with aromatherapy shampoo to remove loose fur, release undercoat, and unclog hair follicles, nail trim, full undercoat de-shedding brush out, and trimming as required. This treatment reduces shedding by up to 80% after the first treatment.

The Wash, blow & go package is designed for a clean & brush through in between ‘The Big Picture’ or ‘The Red Carpet Experience’ grooming sessions. Some breeds are exempt from the Wash, blow & go package due to the nature of their requirements.

All dogs are priced individually, dependant on breed, coat, condition & temperament.
Dematting Policy
If your pet has mats that we can easily deal with, we will be happy to do so (as long as your dog allows it). We abide by the Animal Welfare Act, any cases of matting will result in a partial or complete coat removal to relieve your dogs suffering caused by matted hair. Removal of the matted coat will allow you to start afresh with his or her grooming. On collection of your dog we can offer advice on correct brushing methods and the right tools to use for your dogs coat. There will be an additional fee on top of the grooming price of £5 per half an hour due to the time it takes to remove the mats and the extreme wear and tear it causes to our tools.

A quick ear clean (and pluck if necessary) followed by a gentle eye clean.
BRUSH SERVICE (from £15)
Complete brush out of your dogs coat & quick spritz of a colognes or perfume fragrance spray. (matting may incur extra costs)
BATH & TOWEL DRY (from £15)
A nice relaxing bath to rejuvenate your pooch & then dried with an absorbent towel.
DEEP CONDITIONING TREATMENT (from £25)
What better way to ensure your dogs coat is shiny & luxurious than a specially designed deep cleanse conditioner. With a shea butter, coconut & rose oil your dog will not only look fabulous, but smell amazing too!
BLUEBERRY FACIAL (from £5)
Blueberry facials are great for dogs with tear stains, its a very relaxing treatment and great for white dogs that need that extra bit of highlighting around the facial areas.
